SUMMARY:14th TAPIOCA Meeting to Advance Tropical Marine Science in Recife
DESCRIPTION:Recife\, Brazil – The 14th TAPIOCA Meeting will take place from April 1-3\, 2025\, in a hybrid format with in-person sessions at CETENE  and virtual participation via Zoom. This key scientific gathering will focus on strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration and planning TAPIOCA’s transformation into a center of excellence for tropical marine research. \nMeeting Highlights:\n\nInterdisciplinary Sessions: Presentations will cover (1) coastal socio-ecosystems\, (2) oceanic systems\, and (3) Amazonian margin studies\, with a strict 10-minute limit to maximize discussion time.\nData Management Workshop (April 1): Dedicated to expanding TAPIOCA’s open-access repository\, currently featuring Abraços and Amazomix datasets.
