Ce dîner s’inscrivait dans le cadre de la visite officielle du président brésilien en France, une année marquée par de nombreux événements bilatéraux, notamment la Conférence des Nations Unies sur les Océans (UNOC) à Nice, la COP 30 en novembre à Belem, et la saison France-Brésil 2025. TAPIOCA y joue un rôle actif, en particulier à travers l’exposition Terra-Mar.

Au cours de la soirée, des échanges fructueux ont eu lieu notamment avec Madame Agnès Pannier-Runacher, ministre française de la Transition écologique, énergétique et du Climat et Madame Marina Silva, ministre brésilienne de l’Environnement et du Changement climatique. Cette dernière apprécie beaucoup le travail du LMI TAPIOCA et espère pouvoir participer à l’inauguration de l’exposition Terra-Mar à Recife, qui aura lieu en octobre prochain.

Arnaud Bertrand took part in the state dinner held at the Élysée Palace by President Emmanuel Macron in honour of Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
This dinner was part of President Lula’s official visit to France, in a year marked by numerous bilateral events, including the United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC) in Nice, COP 30 in November in Belém, and the France–Brazil 2025 season. TAPIOCA is playing an active role in this context, particularly through the Terra-Mar exhibition.

During the evening, meaningful discussions took place, notably with Madam Agnès Pannier-Runacher, French Minister for Ecological Transition, Energy and Climate, and Madam Marina Silva, Brazilian Minister for the Environment and Climate Change. The latter expressed great appreciation for the work carried out by the LMI TAPIOCA and hopes to attend the inauguration of the Terra-Mar exhibition in Recife, scheduled for next October.
