On May 01-03, Audrey Darnaude gave a theoretical and practical lecture on the use of natural tagging focusing on otolith microchemistry for the study of connectivity processes and migration pattern of fishes. Participants belonged to the UFRPE and the UFPE. This lecture was a contribution to the Axis 2.1 of the LMI TAPIOCA and was co-funded by the CAPES-COFECUB SMAC Project. During her stay in Recife, Dr. Darnaude participated to a field trip in the estuaries of Pernambuco where her co-supervised PhD student Julio Gonzalez is working.
