From Oct. 22 to Nov. 02, 2018, Sophie Bertrand (IRD/MARBEC) gave a 60-hour lecture in “Movement ecology of marine megafauna: biologging options and statistical modelling” in Recife, Brazil. This lecture forms part of the Master and Doctorate program of the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE – Department of fisheries and aquaculture, and of Biometry). Students from different universities participated: UFRPE-fisheries and aquaculture, UFRPE-biometry, UFRPE – Botanic, FURG. This Lecture is a contribution to the LMI TAPIOCA (Axis 2.2.) and the EU H2020 PADDLE project (grant agreement 73427).
